Spring has sprung! Well, sort of. Life has been pretty hectic recently, and I’m all about making things ahead of time for Eric and I to pick at during the week — these muffins are perfect for that! What makes these muffins so special is the combination of fresh berries. For instance, I used strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Although the berries are the stars of the show, the vanilla and orange zest both play a crucial role int his recipe’s success. You can make these muffins with or without the crumble, but I think they are such a treat with the addition of the topping. Plus, they look so pretty!
