Easy Homestyle Baked Gruyere Mac n Cheese

This easy gruyere mac n cheese uses three types of cheese and is a thick and creamy oven-baked recipe. This isn’t your run-of-the-mill mac and cheese; it’s a refined take on a beloved classic.

Ingredients

Pasta + Shredded Cheeses Milk + Half and Half Butter + Flour Salt, Pepper, Spices

Step 1

Cook your pasta al dente.

Step 2

Make your cheese sauce.

Step 3

Coat your macaroni in the cheese sauce.

Step 4

Layer your cheese and macaroni in a buttered baking dish.One layer of coated macaroni, one layer of shredded cheese, then repeat.

Step 5

Add last layer of shredded cheese before baking i at 350 F for 30 minutes.

Step 6

Once the macaroni and cheese is done cooking, take it out of the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
