Ingredients

You'll need: shrimp, feta cheese, cucumber, olives, cherry tomatoes, onion, orzo, olive oil, herbs, garlic, lemon zest and juice. 

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, dried oregano, sea salt, black pepper, fresh lemon juice, red wine vinegar, and minced garlic.

Step 2

Add all of the salad ingredients to the bowl and mix to combine.
