BUTTER POACHED LOBSTER TAILS

WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS RECIPE

–It's a fool proof way to cook delicious lobster tails!  – It’s easy yet impressive  – You need very simple ingredients! 

Ingredients

You'll need: lobster tails, butter, garlic, lemon, water and chives. 

Step 1

Add water to pan over medium heat. Once the water has warmed a bit, add one piece of your unsalted butter. Whisk until melted into water.

Step 2

Repeat with the remaining 14 pieces.. add the butter to the pan, whisk slowly until it's melted, then add the next. Repeat until all of the butter has been added.

Step 3

Add lobster tails, flipping every two minutes until cooked through. It should only take about 6 minutes. Remove from pan. 

Step 4

Add the lemon juice to the pan and whisk and cook the liquid for 3 more minutes. Then, use a spoon to drizzle some of the poaching liquid over the lobster tails.

Step 5

Serve immediately with garnish of your choice (like chopped chives) and enjoy!
