Ingredients

You'll need: tahini, chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin.

Step 1

In a food processor, combine tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, salt, and crushed garlic. Puree until smooth.

Step 2

Add the rinsed and drained chickpeas to the food processor. Puree until smooth and well combined.

Step 3

With the motor running, slowly pour in the cold water. You'll notice that the hummus becomes even more smooth and creamy!
