PASTA WITH PANCETTA & PEAS

Ingredients

You'll need: orecchiette, pancetta, frozen peas, shallot, butter, lemon juice, parmesan, basil, salt & pepper.

Step 1

Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant, about 3 minutes, before adding the peas.

Step 2

Next, add the basil, lemon juice, lemon zest, cooked pancetta and salt and pepper to taste. Mix to combine and cook for about 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add the cooked pasta, as well as the butter and Parmigiano-Reggiano. If needed, mix in some pasta water.
