Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup tomatoes, diced  about 4 large tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 cup white onion, diced one large onion should work
  • 1 jalapeño, diced  seeds removed
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a medium-sized bowl. Mix to combine.
