Lobster
If there’s one thing I know about.. it’s lobster! Growing up in New England, and having a fishmonger for a father, I can confidently say that I’m an expert at cooking lobster!
My favorite (and easiest) lobster recipe for beginners who want to cook with lobster is my Lobster Cake recipe. From there, I would suggest any of my lobster pastas. My Lobster Risotto and Creamy Lobster Pasta are my two favorites. And of course, if you want something really impressive, my Butter-Poached Lobster!
