Ingredients

You'll need: corn, cherry tomatoes, poblano pepper, peppers, edamame, onion, garlic, olive oil, butter, salt & pepper.

Step 1

Sauté crushed garlic, yellow onion, poblano pepper, and red bell pepper until translucent, about 5-7 minutes.

Step 2

Stir in the corn kernels, salt, and pepper. Cook until the corn turns a vibrant yellow, about 3-5 minutes.

Step 3

Add butter, edamame and sliced cherry tomatoes. Mix well and cook for an additional 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
