Easy Lemon Drop Martini (Limoncello Cocktail Recipe)

Equipment

  • 1 cocktail shaker
  • 1 jigger
  • 1 vegetable peeler
  • 1 martini glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 ounces limoncello
  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • lemon peel (optional) for garnish
  • ice

Instructions
 

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 1 1/2 ounces of Limoncello to the shaker. Then add 1 1/2 ounces of vodka, 1 ounce of lemon juice, and 1/2 ounce of simple syrup.
  • Cap the shaker and shake it vigorously for 15 seconds to chill the martini.
  • Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with a twist of lemon peel for that extra burst of citrus aroma. Enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use a chilled martini glass.
