  • Ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 ounces Aperol
  • 2 ounces freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 2 ounces Prosecco
  • 1 ounce grapefruit soda
  • Thin slice of grapefruit for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pour 1 1/2 ounces of Aperol over the ice.
  • Add 2 ounces of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice.
  • Pour in 2 ounces of Prosecco.
  • Top off the drink with 1 ounce of grapefruit soda for extra fizziness.
  • Give the cocktail a gentle stir to combine the ingredients.
